On the afternoon of October 13th, a meeting was held to promote curriculum construction in  Conference Room 815 of the Administration Building. The meeting was presided over by Executive Vice-President Fu Huanchang. Chen Yingzheng, director of the Teaching Management Department, Gao Hongliang, director of the Teaching Supervision Center, and vice-deans in charge of teaching affairs of the schools attended the meeting.

Director Chen reported on the progress and achievements of the university’s curriculum construction. He declared the courses assessed and accepted in the 18th batch of qualified courses construction, and shared the comments of experts on the online open curriculum construction project. He explained some documents related to the curriculum construction and put forward work requirements of the construction in the next phase. For the part of Academic Affairs Office, on the one hand, the curriculum construction indicators and performance evaluation should be further implemented. On the other hand, the conditions and informatization level should be improved. As to the schools, firstly, responsibility and sense of mission should be enhanced and the systematic planning of curriculum construction with priority should be strengthened. Secondly, specialty construction and curriculum construction should be integrated. Thirdly, a stable and high-quality teaching team should be established. In addition, the characteristics of the courses should be refined and integrated with ideological and political education. Finally, the funding for the curriculum construction and the course team should be guaranteed.

Vice-dean of each school shared the achievements in the curriculum construction, detailed the difficulties and reported the objectives for the next stage. Their questions were also responded by the leaders at the meeting.

Executive Vice-President Fu made concluding remarks. He stressed that qualified courses are the most fundamental requirement in the curriculum construction, which should be paid full attention by all people. He put forward four requirements: Firstly, Academic Affairs Office should assist the schools to conduct curicculum construction. Secondly, funding and construction standards of various types of courses should be clarified. Thirdly, course teams should be constructed and their important role should be played. Fourthly, the network resources and course platform, especially the Chaoxing platform should be fully used. He stressed that the curriculum construction should meet the demands of our students and the society under the current reform of university principal responsibility system.

学校召开课程建设推进会

（陈英征 区楚婷）10月13日下午，为进一步推进我校课程建设，构建高质量、可持续发展的课程体系，教务处在行政楼815会议室召开课程建设推进会。常务副校长伏焕昌主持，教学管理部部长陈英征、教学督导中心主任高虹亮及各学院教学副院长、系主任参加了本次会议。

陈英征汇报了我校课程建设工作的进展情况。他展示了我校在课程建设方面取得的成绩，通报了第十八批合格课程的验收情况，分享了校内外专家对在线开放课程建设项目的评审意见。他解读了部分与课程相关的制度文件，重点介绍了《深化课程建设与改革实施办法》和《课程组及课程组负责人制度实施办法》，就推进下一阶段的课程建设提出工作要求：教务处层方面，一是要进一步落实课程建设指标，实行绩效评价，引导课程建设脱虚入实；二是要改善建课条件，提升课程建设的信息化水平。学院层面，一是以高度的责任感和使命感，加强对课程建设的系统规划，理清重点课程分批次投入建设；二是将专业建设与课程建设相融合，依托专业建课程、课程建设促专业；三是加强课程团队作用，调动教师积极性，形成一批稳定高效的课程团队；四是凝练课程特色，挖掘思政元素，进一步推进课程建设的规范化、标准化、特色化；五是保障课程建设和课程组建设的经费投入，做好合格课程和优质课程的院级验收。

各学院教学副院长分享了本单位课程建设的成效，交流了在课程建设中遇到的困难，汇报了下一阶段的课程建设规划和目标。对于大家在会上提到的问题，与会领导一一做出回应。

伏焕昌作总结讲话。他强调，合格课程的建设是课程建设中最基本的要求，学校和各二级学院应充分重视，继续加大合格课程建设力度。他提出四点要求：一是教务处要协助二级学院共同做好课程建设工作，为二级学院提供指导和帮助；二是要明确各类课程建设经费标准与建设标准；三是做好学院课程组建设，发挥课程组重要作用；四是要充分利用好网络资源和课程平台，尤其是做好超星平台上课程资源的建设。他强调，在学校主体责任制改革的当下，课程建设不应本末倒置，应回归到课程建设的初心，最终建设成让学生满意，让社会满意的课程。
